Improve and Enjoy your Skiing.

We are just two months away from the skiing season start and I for one am eager to be back on skis, upon the mountains.

The summer here in Sardinia has been long and hot; plenty of time for being in the sea, swimming, on the bike and hiking the hills all over this amazing island.

Looking forward to winter, I am heading back to Champoluc and Avoriaz. We have a new website which includes our programme of Off-Piste, Mindful Skiing and Ski Touring weeks.

Our Off-Piste and Ski Touring weeks are for those of you who are competent skiers and up for a whole mountain adventure.

During the Mindful Skiing weeks intermediate skiers (red runs) will improve their skiing and build confidence. On these weeks we will explore alternative ‘mindful’ methods of learning.

Some of the season I will be teaching in the Portes du Sole, from Morzine/Avoriaz and can be booked for private individual or group lessons. Ideal for those of you who want to build confidence and become more aware of your technique and surroundings.
